Camper conversion for winter sports & winter camping

We're traveling through beautiful Bavaria in our Good Life Van, a VW T6 lR. It's a wonderful day for winter camping with plenty of fresh snow. Isabel has stowed two pairs of skis, ski boots, helmets, and even snowshoes inside. Thanks to the lengthwise arrangement of furniture, we can stay indoors and change clothes in the warmth.

Open the tailgate, grab the skis and equipment, and you're ready to go. Isabel is a winter sports enthusiast through and through and enjoys skiing on all types of slopes. Tobi prefers exploring nature today. 

The main thing is to meet back in the van after your adventures. Fresh coffee and a comfortable king-size bed await you there.

Long items like skis, ski poles, or snowboards easily fit in the Good Life conversion. The center aisle is approximately 40 cm wide and can be loaded all the way to the front seats. Those who prefer to store long items in the bench seat can remove the divider, creating a large, continuous storage compartment under the seat lid.

Storage space length in the center aisle:
• short wheelbase: approx. 245 cm
• long wheelbase: approx. 285 cm

Not only is the module designed to allow you to operate everything from inside in bad weather, it also offers easy access from all sides. You can enter your bus through both the passenger door and the tailgate.

The seat height of the loading floor is particularly practical for putting on ski boots or snowshoes. You also have access to the entire storage space from the tailgate.

Of course, your skis, snowboards, and all your equipment can remain inside when you use the bed. Once the bed is locked in place, a huge storage space is created underneath the mattress:

By the way, you don't have to worry about dust, meltwater, or dirt. The Good Life module is mounted on Teflon slide rails. Dust and dirt can't harm the self-cleaning bearings. The base plate is not only sealed with HPL laminate, it is also made of waterproof glued birch plywood.
