Ulrike and Thomas love adventure – and the freedom to choose their travel destinations spontaneously. Whether rocky climbing routes or wild waters – their Good Life Van is always with them. But it's not just the action that counts for them. Relaxation is just as important as the next adventure. A comfortable retreat, a good night's sleep after a long day outside – that's exactly why they chose a Good Life Van.
Your motto? Push yourself to your limits during the day and regenerate in the evening so that the next adventure can await. And the best part: You don't have to plan anything - you just follow the road and your gut feeling.
"After a day full of adventure, there is nothing better than a campfire, fresh air and the moment when you simply arrive," says Ulrike. For the two of them, their camper is not just a means of transport, but a real base camp. After climbing or kayaking, it's cozy here - with a hot cup of tea, feet up and a look at the stars. The smell of burning wood, the quiet crackling of the flames and the absolute silence of nature - that's exactly what makes these nights so special. Far away from everyday life, without distractions, just the here and now.
For Ulrike and Thomas, kayaking is as much a part of their travels as their camper. Experience the sunrise on the water in the morning, discover new bays during the day - and return comfortably to the camper in the evening. The feeling when the paddle glides through the crystal clear water, the sun burns on your skin and the world around you suddenly becomes quiet - priceless. "It's that moment when you feel that you are exactly in the right place," Thomas enthuses.
Have you ever spent a night right by the water?
Ulrike and Thomas do not want to make any compromises when it comes to quality and equipment for their adventures. The Good Life Van "Pure+" is equipped with a 150 hp automatic transmission, all-wheel drive with a limited-slip differential and an air suspension from VB. The air suspension gives you goosebumps off-road and is suitable for everyday use when parking in underground garages with a height restriction of 2 meters. Thanks to the pop-up roof from SCA, the two of them enjoy full standing height in the interior.
Of course, the van is fully insulated, has air and water heating, as well as shore power and a solar module. The additional 150Ah lithium battery ensures true independence.
Why did Ulrike and Thomas choose Good Life Vans? "The bed..." they both say almost at the same time. But of course also the beautiful, large living space, the possibility of using the toilet whether during the day or at night. And anyway... the flexible storage options are exactly what they wanted as active, nature-loving people.
